Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and manage solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Develop and maintain Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder
  • Create responsive and dynamic email templates using HTML, CSS, and AMPscript
  • Implement personalization, segmentation, and data extensions
  • Configure and optimize customer journeys based on business requirements
